03Intellectual property
Everything that makes up the site bassindigital.com — text, images, graphics, logos, icons, animations, source code, design and architecture — is the exclusive property of Bassin Digital or is used under licence.
Reproducing, displaying, modifying, publishing, adapting or exploiting all or part of these elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written permission of Bassin Digital.
Any unauthorised use of the site or its elements engages the responsibility of whoever does so under applicable copyright law.
04Personal data
Bassin Digital is established in Georgia and applies the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) whenever it applies to its processing, in particular where it offers its services to people located in the European Union (Article 3(2) of the Regulation). It is also subject to the Georgian law on personal data protection.
Controller: Adam Brunet — bassindigital@gmail.com
Data collected: the only personal data collected comes from the contact form (name, email address, message) and the project configurator (options chosen, amount). It is used solely to answer your enquiries and process your orders.
Legal basis: processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Retention: contact form data is kept for 12 months. Order-related data is kept in line with applicable accounting and tax obligations (10 years).
Recipients: your data is not passed to any third party except where the law requires it. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes form submissions on that basis under its own privacy policy. No banking data is collected by the site (see section 6).
Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
To exercise these rights, write to bassindigital@gmail.com, enclosing a copy of proof of identity. You will receive a reply within 30 days.
Transfers outside the European Union: your data is processed from Georgia, a country not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. These transfers are framed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914), available on request.
If you have a complaint, you may lodge it with the data protection authority of your country of residence — in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr — or with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
05Cookies
The site uses two categories of tracker.
Strictly necessary trackers — they keep the site working technically and remember your choice about audience measurement. They do not require your consent, in line with the rules on trackers applicable in your country of residence.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4) — it tells us how many people visit the site and which pages interest them. It is only switched on after you explicitly agree, through the banner shown on your first visit, with IP anonymisation. Until you accept, no measurement script is loaded. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
No advertising, profiling or retargeting cookie is placed on your device.
You can also set your browser to accept or refuse cookies at any time.
06Payment
The project configurator takes no payment: submitting it is a booking request. No banking details pass through the site, and Bassin Digital collects none.
The final quote and the deposit invoice are sent to you within 24 business hours. Payment is made by bank transfer to the European IBAN shown on the invoice: a 30% deposit on ordering, the balance on the terms agreed in the quote.
The right of withdrawal that applies to consumer clients is described in article 17 of the terms and conditions of sale.
07Limitation of liability
Bassin Digital works to keep the information published on the site accurate and up to date. It cannot however be held liable for errors, omissions, or the results obtained from using that information.
Access to the site may be interrupted at any time, without notice, for maintenance or reasons beyond our control, without this giving rise to any compensation.
Links on the site pointing to third-party sites are provided for information. Bassin Digital accepts no responsibility for the content of those external sites.
08Terms of service
Any order placed through the project configurator is a booking request. Work begins once the final quote has been accepted and the 30% deposit received.
Prices shown in the configurator are in euros. As Bassin Digital is not registered for VAT, invoices are issued without VAT; business clients established in the European Union fall under the reverse charge. The detail is in article 4 of the terms and conditions of sale.
Delivery timelines are indicative and stated in the quote. A delay in delivery gives rise to neither cancellation of the order nor damages.
09Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Georgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Batumi, Georgia, will have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, these provisions deprive you neither of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of habitual residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform closed permanently on 20 July 2025; you may contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.
The full conditions applying to our services are set out in the terms and conditions of sale.
